Original Items: One-of-a-kind set. USMC Private Demetre James Mike Genoozis served during WW2 in the HQ Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division. After the outbreak of war, the 5th Marines deployed to Wellington, New Zealand in June 1942. During World War II they fought on Guadalcanal, New Britain, Eastern New Guinea, Peleliu and Okinawa. Immediately following the war in September 1945 they deployed to Tientsin, China and participated in the occupation of North China until May 1947. They were redeployed to Guam in May 1947 and reassigned to the 1st Provisional Marine Brigade. In 1949 they were relocated to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
- 1st Marine Division Guadalcanal Ike Jacket which is beautifully embroidered on the interior with Chinese Dragons. The ribbon bars include the following awards: Navy Presidential Unit Citation Ribbon with one Bronze Star, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal Ribbon, Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon, World War II Victory Medal Ribbon. A sharpshooter medal, French Fourragere Shoulder Cord. Features corporal chevrons on left sleeve and a beautiful 1st Marine Division Guadalcanal patch on the left shoulder.

- USMC P41 HBT Utility Combat Uniform with Genoozis name, unit, etc stenciled on back. Note- The original stencil used to mark this uniform is included! Also includes matching trousers with back pockets removed (very common for WW2 Marines!)
- A second full set of USMC P41 HBT Utility Combat Uniform with Genoozis name stenciled on back. Also includes matching pants.
- Service "A" uniform, also known as the "pickle suit". Correct EGA collar pins and USMC buttons and French Fourragere shoulder cord.
